What a joy it is to introduce you to Sons of Consolation Ministries!
Sons Of Consolation Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit organization which began in Augusta, GA in 2016. Our emphasis is outreach and evangelism.
We currently have church services on campus on Sundays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 7pm
Our present ministries include:
-THE CHURCH @
Church services are held at nursing homes.
-JAIL AND PRISON MINISTRY
SOC Ministries has a weekly church service to minister to those in jail. Also, we partner with Kairos Prison Ministry to facilitate the Gospel by means of periodic weekend conferences at the Georgia State Medical Prison.
-SCHOOL BACKPACK PROGRAM
EVERY FALL SOC Ministries partners with churches in the CSRA to provide pastors with back packs full of school supplies and age appropriate Gospel literature for the grammar and middle school students of their congregations.
-DISABILITY EQUIPMENT MINISTRY
SOC Ministries collects, cleans, refurbishes, and reassembles all types of disability equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers , rollators and crutches. We then give them away at no charge to local health clinics and lending closets who in turn give that item to those in need. We also partner with Christian organizations to distribute disability equipment to clinics and hospitals around the world. In the past three years we have shipped disability equipment to Bolivia, Uruguay, Belize, Ethiopia, Jamacia, Venezuela and other countries.
Together, we're striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there is relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, consistent prayer, and compassionate care for reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In short, we'd like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time, provoking a manifestation of God that will usher in a “last day” revival.

We presently offer two weekly service times, for your convenience, each week at 10:30am on Sunday and our midweek Bible Study every Tuesday at 7pm with a meal following.
